Since our inception in January 2003, originally under the name Landscaping Supplies Ltd, our company has evolved significantly. We started from a small yard in Shirrell Heath and moved to our custom-built site in 2009, located in the heart of Portsmouth’s main industrial area. This location serves as our headquarters today.
In the early years, we operated as a small importer, shipping around 15 to 20 containers of sandstone annually, primarily selling to local landscapers, builders, and DIY enthusiasts. Thanks to the support of our initial customers, we quickly expanded and have become one of the largest independent importers of stone products in the UK, while still maintaining relationships with those loyal customers from our beginnings.
As a major importer of natural stone and timber products, we are proud to offer exceptional quality to both trade and public customers at unbeatable prices. Our strong relationships with suppliers worldwide allow us to obtain the highest quality products at exceptional rates, which we pass on directly to our customers. Last year, we imported over 12,000 tonnes of natural stone from countries including India, Brazil, China, Germany, Egypt, Portugal, Spain, and Turkey. This translates to more than 200,000 square meters of stone tiles and paving sold each year. These impressive figures demonstrate that we are a reliable stockist of proven quality products, consistently focused on delivering excellent quality and service to all our customers.
At Natural Stone & Timber, we strive to keep all our products in stock for easy collection and delivery. Core products are available at all NST sites, while more unique items can typically be sourced within a few days. Whether you’re undertaking a small bathroom renovation or managing an industrial-scale redevelopment, we are always ready to offer an affordable solution to meet your needs.
We are now one of the best-known exporters to the Channel Islands and France and have been involved with many large-scale shipments further afield to Bulgaria, Switzerland, Scandinavia, Spain and Greece.

Winchester and Tadley – you can view and collect external paving and landscaping materials as well as loose and bagged aggregates.
WH Berry this site solely offers loose building and decorative aggregates delivered throughout southern England or collected from the yard.
